The quotes you sent that nobody ever followed up on.

I will work every one of them for 7 days and forward you the replies as they come in. $299 flat. You send a spreadsheet, that is the whole job on your end.

If you run a home service company, you already know where this money is.

It is in the estimates from March that never got a second call. The homeowner who asked for a price on a new system, said they had to talk to their wife, and then nothing. The kitchen re-pipe you drove out to measure. The roof you put a number on in April. You did the work of getting the job and then the job just sat there.

Here is the part that costs you. Most of those people did not go with somebody else that week. They stalled, life got busy, and eight weeks later somebody called them at the right moment and got the job you already priced.

Nobody in your shop has time to be that somebody. Your techs are on trucks and your office is dealing with today's calls, not April's estimates.

So I do it.

Let me guess.

  • You could not tell me right now how many quotes you sent last month that never closed.
  • The ones you remember are the big ones. The $400 jobs disappeared entirely.
  • Somebody was supposed to follow up. It happened for about two weeks.
  • You have tried texting people back yourself, at 9pm, from your own phone.
  • You have paid for leads while people who already asked you for a price sat in a folder.
  • The last company that pitched you wanted a contract, a setup fee, and access to your system.

None of that is a discipline problem. You are running trucks. This is just work nobody was assigned.

Four steps. Yours is the first one.

1. You send the list.

Export the quotes from the last 90 days that never sold. Name, phone, email, quote date, job type, amount. A spreadsheet is fine. A CSV is fine. Whatever your system spits out is fine. If it is messy, send it messy. I clean it.

2. I set it up in your name.

Everything that goes out says your company name, so the customer knows exactly who is reaching out and why. I write it, you approve it before anything sends. Anyone who says stop comes off the list permanently.

3. I work it for 7 days.

Three touches per person, text and email, spaced out and sent during normal business hours. Not the same message three times. Every reply forwards to your phone the minute it lands, so you talk to a live person while they are still holding the phone.

4. Day 7, you get one page.

How many went out, how many replied, who said yes, who said call me later, who said no, and the phone numbers for every one of them. One page. No dashboard, no login.

What you are not signing up for.

  • No software to learn
  • No access to your CRM
  • No monthly contract
  • No setup fee
  • No long onboarding call
  • No commission on jobs you close

You send a file. I do the job. That is the whole relationship.

Paid once, up front. The 7 days start when your list is in and your messages are approved, not when you pay. Not sure which one you need? Call me at (888) 985-4581 and I will tell you in about a minute.

What I am on the hook for.

I am not going to promise you a number of booked jobs on our first run together, because I have not run your list yet and I am not going to make one up.

Here is what I will put in writing:

  • All three touches go out to every usable record on your list, inside 7 days.
  • Every reply reaches you the same minute it comes in. Not in a weekly digest.
  • Anyone who says stop is removed permanently and never contacted again.
  • You get the day 7 report whether the run goes great or goes flat.
  • If I do not complete the run on time, you get your money back. No argument, no partial credit.

If your list is too old, too small, or too picked over for this to be worth your money, I will tell you that before you pay and I will tell you why.

Questions I get.

What exactly do you need from me?

A file with your unsold quotes from the last 90 days. Name, phone, email, quote date, job type, amount. That is it. Ten minutes in your office, usually less.

What if my quotes are not in a spreadsheet?

Almost every estimating and invoicing program has an export button. If yours does not, get me a screenshot or a printout and I will build the file. It is a one time thing and I would rather do it than have you skip it.

Do you need to get into my system?

No. I do not want your logins. You send a file out, replies come back to you. Nothing connects to anything.

Who do the messages come from?

Your company. Your name is in every message. The customer already asked you for a price, so the message reads like a follow up from the shop they contacted, because that is what it is.

What do the messages actually say?

Short and plain. A reminder of the job they asked about, a reason to answer now, and a question they can reply to in three words. You see all of it and approve it before anything sends.

Is texting my past customers legal?

These are people who contacted you and asked for a price, which is exactly the relationship the rules are written around. Every message identifies your company and tells them how to stop. Anyone who does gets removed permanently. I run the compliance side so it is not something you have to think about.

What happens when somebody replies?

It comes to your phone right away and you answer it like any other customer. I am not booking your jobs and I am not negotiating your prices. You are the one who quoted the work.

Will this annoy my customers?

Three messages over a week, to people who asked you for a price and never got an answer either way, is not annoying. Getting no follow up at all is what people actually complain about.

How many replies should I expect?

I am not giving you a made up number. After the first few runs I will have real averages from real contractor lists and I will publish them. What I will commit to today is in the section above.

What happens after the 7 days?

Nothing, unless you want it to. There is no rebill and no auto-renew. Most shops run this again a quarter later on the new pile of quotes that went quiet. That is your call, not a subscription.

I'm Adrian Rivera.

I run Revenue Dispatch out of Wesley Chapel. I do one thing: I take the estimates you sent that never sold and I work them until people answer. Not software you have to learn, not a call center reading a script. You send me a spreadsheet, I run it, you get the replies on your phone.
