These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of revenuedispatch.com and any services provided by Revenue Dispatch LLC ("Revenue Dispatch," "we," "us," or "our"). By using this site or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
Revenue Dispatch provides lead recovery and outbound marketing services to home service contractors, including database reactivation campaigns, follow-up automation, and related marketing support.
Specific scope, deliverables, fees, and timelines for any engagement are set out in a separate written agreement, proposal, or statement of work. Where that agreement conflicts with these Terms, that agreement controls.
You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of the business you represent.
You agree not to:
Program description. Revenue Dispatch sends text messages regarding inquiries, appointments, scheduling, service updates, and account matters.
Consent. By providing your mobile number and opting in through a form, verbal agreement, or written request, you consent to receive text messages from Revenue Dispatch at that number, including messages sent using automated technology. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless provider for details about your plan.
Opt out. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages.
Help. Reply HELP for assistance, or email [email protected].
Carriers. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Supported carriers. Message delivery is supported on major U.S. carriers. Delivery is not guaranteed on all carriers or in all areas.
If you engage Revenue Dispatch to run campaigns using your contact data, you represent and warrant that:
You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of the data you provide. We reserve the right to decline or suspend any campaign we believe presents a compliance risk.
Fees, payment schedules, and refund terms are set out in your written agreement. Unless stated otherwise, invoices are due on receipt and late amounts may be subject to a service charge.
All site content, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by Revenue Dispatch or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.
Deliverables created for a client are governed by that client's written agreement. Methods, processes, templates, and systems developed by Revenue Dispatch remain our property.
Marketing results depend on factors outside our control, including market conditions, the quality of the contact data provided, pricing, competition, and how a client handles the leads generated. We do not guarantee any specific volume of leads, appointments, revenue, or return on investment. Any figures or examples shown are illustrative and are not a promise of results.
The site and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Revenue Dispatch will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to these Terms, the site, or the services.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the services will not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Revenue Dispatch and its officers, members, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the site or services, or your failure to obtain required consents for contact data you provide.
We may suspend or terminate access to the site or services at any time for conduct that violates these Terms or that we reasonably believe presents legal or compliance risk. Termination of a client engagement is governed by that client's written agreement.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Pasco County, Florida, and you consent to that jurisdiction and venue.
We may update these Terms. Changes take effect when posted with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the site or services after that date constitutes acceptance.
